Community Meetings

The PBC Board of Commissioner By-Laws provide for the establishment of two committees of the Board of Commissioners

  • Administrative Operations (AO) Committee
  • Audit Committee

Each Committee is comprised of three members of the Board of Commissioners who are appointed to two-year terms by the Chairman. The Chairman of the Board also designates the Chairman of each committee. Reports (written and oral) are provided to the Board of Commissioners following each meeting of the AO and Audit Committees.

Meetings of the AO and Audit Committee are open, public meetings subject to the requirements of the Open Meetings Act.
