Air Force Academy Phase III Renovation	Pre-Qualified: 8/9/11 This project is Phase III of a 66,500 square feet two-story plus basement building renovation. Exterior scope of work includes landscape improvements, masonry and lintel repairs, window replacement, exterior door replacement, and roof replacement. Interior scope of work includes seven general classrooms, one computer lab, library, toilet/locker-room facilities, and asbestos abatement. Building systems upgrades include mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm.
Chicago Park District Osterman Beach Playgound	Pre-qualified 1/12/2010 20,000 square foot playground, installation of pre-purchased playground equipment, general landscaping and the installation of rubberized soft surface material.
Elementary School Linked Annex	Pre-Qualified: 8/9/11 Durkin Park Elementary School, 8445 South Kolin Avenue. The project scope of work includes a single-story Linked Annex, interior renovation of select areas within the existing school, and site improvements. This project will implement the newly created single-story, 25,000 square feet Linked Annex Prototype. The Annex will include nine (9) general classrooms, one computer lab, dining area with warming kitchen, office, toilet facilities, and green roof with a minimum area totaling 25% of the Annex building roof area. Onahan Elementary School, 6634 West Raven Street. The project scope of work includes a two-story Linked Annex, interior renovation of select areas within the existing school, and site improvements. This project will implement the newly created two-story, 23,000 square feet Linked Annex Prototype. The Annex will include nine (9) general classrooms, one computer lab, two specialty classrooms, elevator, MDF room, toilet facilities, and green roof with a minimum area totaling 25% of the Annex building roof area. Stevenson Elementary School, 8010 South Kostner Avenue. The project scope of work includes a two-story Linked Annex, interior renovation of select areas within the existing school, and site improvements. This project will implement the newly created two-story 30,000 square feet Linked Annex Prototype. The Annex will include ten (10) standard classrooms, one new computer lab, dining area with warming kitchen, two offices, storage, MDF room ,toilet facilities, and green roof with a minimum area totaling 25% of the Annex building roof area.
ES Addition & Renovation $10 mil & Greater	Pre-Qualified 4/13/2010 This is for Elementary School projects valued at $10 million and greater. Typical projects may range from a one story to two story additions with building size between 32,500 square feet and 42,000 square feet. Projects may be fully accessible facilities with or without renovation requirements to existing buildings at connection points.
ES Addition & Renovation Under $10 mil	Pre-Qualified 4/13/2010 This is for Elementary School projects valued less than $10 million. Typical projects may range from a one story to two story additions with building size between 32,500 square feet and 42,000 square feet. Projects may be fully accessible facilities with or without renovation requirements to existing buildings at connection points.
Gateway Harbor	Pre-qualified 10/8/2009 New 240-slip marina to be constructed immediately south of Navy Pier. marina amenities include a two-story, 200-person dockside restaurant, landfill, commercial boat piers, harbor services building, utilities, roads, at-grade parking and landscaping.
