Pre-qualified 10/8/2009

The project's two-story restaurant/community building intergrates with a 335-space, Green roof parking garage.  Project also includes the installation of floating docks and utility connections for 830 boat slips; an expanded play ground; communiyt plaza; and exterior at-grade parking.

Brighton Park II Area Elementary School

Pre-Qualified: 9/8/2009

Three-story, 105,000 square foot, L-shaped elementary school prototype.  A fully accessible facility providing the following spaces:  Twenty-four classrooms; Six Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten Classrooms; Music  Classroom; Art Classroom; Science Lab; Computer Lab; 110-seat Gymnasium with elevated stage and Athletic Storage; Cafeteria/ Dining Room with Warming Kitchen; Library; Administrative Offices with Reception; Conference Room and Workroom; Student Services Suite; Nurses' Office, Examination Rooms, Laundry and Storage.

Chicago Park District Marquette Park Playground

Pre-qualified 1/12/2010

17,000 square foot playground, installation of pre-purchased playground equipment, general landscaping and the installation of rubberized soft surface material.

Chicago Park District Osterman Beach Playgound

Pre-qualified 1/12/2010

20,000 square foot playground, installation of pre-purchased playground equipment, general landscaping and the installation of rubberized soft surface material.

Chicago Park District Piotrowski Park Playground

Pre-qualified 1/12/2010

24,000 square foot playground, installation of pre-purchased playground equipment, general landscaping and the installation of rubberized soft surface material.

Gateway Harbor

Pre-qualified 10/8/2009

New 240-slip marina to be constructed immediately south of Navy Pier.  marina amenities include a two-story, 200-person dockside restaurant, landfill, commercial boat piers, harbor services building, utilities, roads, at-grade parking and landscaping.
