| Brighton Park II Area Elementary School | Pre-Qualified: 9/8/2009 Three-story, 105,000 square foot, L-shaped elementary school prototype. A fully accessible facility providing the following spaces: Twenty-four classrooms; Six Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten Classrooms; Music Classroom; Art Classroom; Science Lab; Computer Lab; 110-seat Gymnasium with elevated stage and Athletic Storage; Cafeteria/ Dining Room with Warming Kitchen; Library; Administrative Offices with Reception; Conference Room and Workroom; Student Services Suite; Nurses' Office, Examination Rooms, Laundry and Storage. |

Each school totaling approximately 200,000 square feet on three floors plus a lower level. Each building is intended to serve 1,200 students plus faculty. staff and administration. |
| ES Addition & Renovation $10 mil & Greater | Pre-Qualified 4/13/10 This is for Elementary School projects valued at $10 million and greater. Typical projects may range from a one story to two story additions with building size between 32,500 square feet and 42,000 square feet. Projects may be fully accessible facilities with or without renovation requirements to existing buildings at connection points. |
| ES Addition & Renovation Under $10 mil | Pre-Qualified 4/13/10 This is for Elementary School projects valued less than $10 million. Typical projects may range from a one story to two story additions with building size between 32,500 square feet and 42,000 square feet. Projects may be fully accessible facilities with or without renovation requirements to existing buildings at connection points. |
| Gateway Harbor | Pre-qualified 10/8/2009 New 240-slip marina to be constructed immediately south of Navy Pier. marina amenities include a two-story, 200-person dockside restaurant, landfill, commercial boat piers, harbor services building, utilities, roads, at-grade parking and landscaping. |
| Haas Park Fieldhouse | Pre-Qualified 4/13/10 A one story 10,000 square foot, fully accessible Chicago Park District Fieldhouse that includes a main lobby, entance with vestibule, reception area, fitness room with athletic equipment, multi-purpose club rooms, a multi-purpses athletic room and a basketball court. |
