Architects and Designers

The PBC may issue a Request for Qualifications for the services of Architects and Designers for specific upcoming projects and programs. Opportunities are advertised in the local newspapers as well as being posted on the PBC Web site. Firms interested in working with the PBC are encouraged to sign up for "PBC Alerts," ensuring they will receive via email information on upcoming projects.

As projects are approved, the PBC will review the submissions received for that particular program and select a consultant.

Specialty Consultants

The Public Building Commission periodically accepts and reviews submitted qualifications for specialty consultants, such as surveyors, environmental consultants, commissioning agents, and specialists in construction materials testing and inspection. If your firm is interested in submitting qualifications for consideration, contact the PBC Procurement Department for information.
