General Contractor Project-Specific Safety Plan Template	January, 2008
The 2008 Book 2, Standard Terms and Conditions For Construction Contracts requires the Contractor to submit a 'Safety Program' to the PBC, which includes the work of all Subcontractors. The Contractor's Safety Program must, at a minimum, set forth and maintain the Standards stated in the Commission's Project Specific Safety Plans for the Contractor and Subcontractors. The Contractor may also adopt the Commission's Safety Plan. These points are stated in Book 2 Section 7.03.1, Worker's Health and Safety.
