CONTRACT DETAILS

The Public Building Commission is soliciting Statement of Qualifications and Financial Condition from Contractors (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) to be pre-qualified to bid as a Contractor on the Albany Park Branch Library, 5150 North Kimball Avenue – New Construction.

Eligible Respondents must possess verifiable past experience and demonstrate successful past performance of comparable public or private projects with construction costs of more than $8,000,000. Verifiable past experience must demonstrate respondent’s ability to coordinate project activities. Describe how the projects you provided are comparable in scope and complexity to the Albany Park Library project described in this pre-qualification. References for the Respondent superintendent and project manager for each project.

Respondents are encouraged to submit a range of comparable projects demonstrating the Respondent’s ability to perform as a general contractor. Respondents must have demonstrated successful experience managing and executing comparable projects.

NOTE: Respondents who previously submitted their response to the Albany Park Branch Library SOQ issued on December 7, 2012 may elect to sign the No Change in Material form found in the revised SOQ dated January 11, 2013. Respondent must sign the No Change in Material form only if the Respondent wishes to remain as a respondent and confirm by signature that no changes have been made since its original response.
