PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) is issuing a Request for Proposals from firms (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) interested in providing Project Development Services.

On Thursday, September 11, 2025  PBC will host a Non-Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference at 10:00 am, at the following location:

Firms interested in submitting a response are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Submission Conference.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Submittals shall be submitted electronically to James Borkman, Contract Officer at james.borkman@cityofchicago.org and pbc-procurement@cityofchicago.org by 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

QUESTIONS

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to James Borkman, Contract Officer at james.borkman@cityofchicago.org and pbc-procurement@cityofchicago.org.

Questions must be received no later than Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 pm.
