PBC Alert 15-008 The PBC is hosting a Business Networking Session on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Chicago Vocational Career Academy (CVCA) located at 2100 East 87th Street, Room 126. Registration starts at 9:30am. Informational session will begin at 10am. The purpose of this event is to provide an overview and networking session for Phase II of the CVCA Project. The Informational session will cover the Phase II scope of work which includes:
- Abatement & Demolition
- 150,000 SF Building, Site Development, Greenhouse and Public Right of Way Improvements
- Full Abatement of the two-story plus basement building of the Anthony Wing
- Demolition of the two-story plus basement building of the Anthony Wing
- Facade enclosure work at link to knuckle
- Site Civil storm water management and service drive (After Anthony Wing building demolition)
- CTE Greenhouse with associated site work and Learning Garden (After Anthony Wing building demolition)
- Landscaping and Site restoration (After Anthony Wing building demolition)
- Public Right of Way Improvements: Curbs and sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, driveways, and parkways
- Site utility coordination and capping of abandoned services
