PBC Alert 17-011 The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) intends to issue (after June 28, 2017) a Request for Proposals (RFP) pursuant to the requirements of the Public Building Commission Act (50 ILCS 20 et seq.) (the Act) for the following design-build project: PBC Project No. 05185 South Side High School Normal and 69th St., Chicago, IL The Project will include site preparation; design and construction of the South Side High School; and associated site development work in general accordance with the Chicago Public School’s program and building guidelines. All information regarding the Project and the RFP submission requirements, evaluation criteria and selection process will be posted on the PBC’s website at www.pbcchicago.com and published as required by the Act.
