As part of National Preparedness Month, The Department of Homeland Security and Emergency (DHSEM) will showcase the capabilities of the Department to help the residents of Cook County in an emergency. DHSEM will display Mobile Support Vehicle (semi), rescue dump truck, 2 Humvees, water pump and light tower.
