Enjoy a brief program at 11am when COUNTRY Financial and the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events reveal the winner of the 7th Annual Reusable Bag Design Contest. The year’s artistic theme is “Grow your own way” and the winning design will appear on 10,000 bags distributed throughout the season.
