Projects being developed on behalf of City of Chicago’s Department of Transportation (CDOT) at the following locations:

  • East 109th Street from South Avenue O to South Burley Avenue, Chicago, IL
  • South Hoyne Avenue from West 52nd Place to Dead End, Chicago, IL
  • South Harding Avenue from West 24th Street to Dead End, Chicago, IL
  • East 102nd Street from Dead End to South Commercial Avenue, Chicago,L

The project consists of a Works Progress Administration (“WPA”) street reconstruction Project, including: full-depth pavement reconstruction of the (4) locations indicated above. Work includes but isn’t limited to excavation, portland cement concrete base course, hot-mix asphalt surface course, sewer main and drainage structures, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, tactile/detectable warning surface system for curb ramps, concrete driveways and alleys, roadway lighting,  thermoplastic pavement marking, signs, topsoil, sodding, and tree planting and removal.

Projects being developed on behalf of City of Chicago’s Department of Transportation (CDOT) at the following locations:

  • W. Barry Avenue (Ward 32)
  • W. Drummond Place (Ward 43)
  • W. Belden Avenue (Ward 2)
  • W. Arthur Avenue (Ward 50)
  • W. Berteau Avenue (Ward 47)
  • W. Hortense Avenue (Ward 41)

Work includes reconstruction of alley sewers, subgrade and pavement utilizing recycled construction materials and methods implemented by the City of Chicago, full depth alley pavement reconstruction of City of Chicago alleys. In addition, the Work includes proper handling and disposal of onsite material, portland cement concrete base course, hot-mix asphalt surface course, sewer and drainage structures, sewer cleaning and televising, vortex restrictors, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and ADA Ramps various depths, concrete driveways, concrete garage aprons, concrete alleys, premolded rubber Speed Bumps, permeable concrete block pavers ( W. Drummond Pl.), bedding & void opening aggregates for permeable concrete block pavers, geotechnical fabric, topsoil, and hydraulic seeding.
